Mike's is my #1 soap, nothing gives me a better shave or post shave feel. I'm trying to use up my other soaps, all of which are really good but for me they are just a step below. If I ever finish my soap stash I might just go all Mike's all the time.

Lovely relaxing shave with the Fat. Forgot how good this is IMO. Nice hydrated lather yielded a very near BBS. Long round trip tomorrow as have to drop my eldest on a new adventure as they start Uni.

Post-shave: Nivea Balm

Used Opuntia for SV Saturday, a reliable choice. I stayed with the Game Changer 1.05 plate, and tried a newer blade.

An excellent result, on the whole, but I still need to pay attention with this one. Treating it like a GC .84 autopilot shave isn't a good idea.

However, my daughter is flying to Italy Tuesday and I asked her if she ventured into the Santa Maria Novella shop while in Florence to pick me up a tub of shaving cream and matching aftershave. So I may be out sometime next week. I think it will be worth it though. Have a blessed Sunday.

The Wilkinson felt rather dull, not uncomfortable so but still a rather mediocre shave. Will put it now in the Progress.

Its an Italian style soft soap. Same consistency as other Razorock soaps.

Sunday shave. Two days worth of growth. I decided to ride the cap of the R41 GS this morning, which didn't went overly well on my soul patch area. First weeper. Added two more on my chin and two on my neck. These weepers weren't too bad and stopped bleeding after a quick shower, but the skin felt a bit stressed afterwards... and boy, the AS produced quite a sting. Yikes.
Maybe I'll skip my Monday morning shave. The closeness of the shave results would allow it. BBS.

Exhausting weekend - Baby Girl had to work early yesterday, missing the AM portion of her H/S VB tourney. Hustled her to the next county when she got off and ultimately led her team to 2nd place overall. At one point she reeled off 13 consecutive service points with 4 Aces. You hate to see controversial overrides; especially at 12-12 in the third set - but can’t take anything away from the deciding spike - best hit of the tourney.

It is a very interesting scent. The performance is good as well.
