Well, gents, it's been a fun month! Almost dropped out by mistake one time and was seriously tempted to drop out twice more for items I've been looking for. However, stayed strong and hung in there. And here we are!
It's been a really interesting exercise for me and I'm glad I did the GRUME. Just prior to it I'd gone completely bonkers buying everything in sight, particularly soaps and creams, figuring I needed to try at least one thing from all artisans. And when I say "all" I exaggerate only a little.
The GRUME this month, though, has really cured my SAD. While there are more I plan to get (keyword: plan), it's not much and I don't feel any compunction to chase lots and random items. I'm also pretty satisfied with where I am on razors. However, I'm eyeballing some brushes and will be ordering a couple Zeniths.
I'll definitely be back for another GRUME, perhaps in January. I don't think I'm ready for a year-long sabbatical yet, though!
