Sensitive skin

I’ve never tried scented shaving soaps. I’ve always use Unscented shaving products, does the scent really affect sensitive skin? I know alcohol drys out my skin to the point where my face feels really tight.

I think of myself as having sensitive skin.
I have learned to enjoy the scents.
Developing a good technique helps me to keep my skin in good condition. By that, I mean good prep, VERY LIGHT RAZOR PRESSURE and stoping at WTG and touch up passes.
