Best was cheap Omega and Kozłowski (silvertip). Cheap Omega, because it has same knot as more expensive one with wooden handle, but it was cheaper and had holder. Also this big Omega is very nice on face.
Semogue has superior quality of handle and its not loosing hairs as much as Omega, but its not so soft and nice on face. Semogue is a little bit sharp and scratchy. Omega also have just more hairs in knot and you can buy "professional" model, which has them even more. SOC can be cool, but its also much more expensive than Omega.

I have the 1305 and the B&B Essential Boar brush which is made by Omega and I much prefer the Omega. The Semogue became too floppy and now I have to soak only the tips to prevent this. The Omega is much more dense, stiffer, yet has just as soft tips and produces much more lather.

I prefer my omega over the semogue!!
Omega are more densely packed and softer IMO!
