Interesting about the heat tempering the steel of the blade held under hot water, allowing the blade to mold to the skin better. I always leave my razor in a bowl of hot/warm water while I shower --but I've never really thought about why it is that I do that. Maybe I've found my answer.

I'd sure like to try some of that vintage yardley cream --and the aftershave, too.

inside tip was helpful: if your neck is sensitive, shave it first.

i honestly never thought about that.
