I shaved this morning with my Krona, a US Personna blade, RSC Cream and my Escali Brush followed by witch hazel and Bay Rum. I was working on a boat all day so I came home rather grubby. I took a shower and decided to shave again. I loaded the Escali with some Mama Bear's Dragon's Blood and went to town with my Schick J-1. I followed it up with some witch hazel and Bay Rum again. What a great shave! Zero irritation and the audible feedback from the injector was fantastic! Anyone else shave more than once per day and if so, do you change razors, lather or any other variables?

I often shave a second time before going out for the evening ( my job involves a lot of representational work). I always switch brushes, soap/cream and razor. With respect to the razor, I always use a mild one, like the Tech, to reduce the risk of irritation.
I shaved twice a day when I first got my Gillette New, i didn't need to but I wanted to play with the razor some more so another shave seemed in order. i had no issues with irritation but i still wouldn't make a habit of shaving twice every day .... unless SWMBO asked nicely 
+1 - I went through a period when I was routinely shaving again in the evening. I do this, but when I do I try to limit my number of passes so that I don't irritate my skin. Usually I'll do a quick one-pass shave in the morning and go for the longer multi pass shave in the evening.
