How does the gbar compare to other gem razors? More specifically, how does it compare to the Feather Weight?
This is my first foray into GEM's but the handle is the biggest difference. I believe they have the same head, though there are two different versions of the featherweight. Compared to my plastic-handled Schick, it requires more care. I need to slow down, use less pressure, and follow the direction of my stubble growth more precisely. Both razors were sold in the same time period. It makes sense this was sold as the Heavy Flat Top compared to the Featherweight. Both are supposed to be milder than earlier GEMS. I can't tell you if they shave the same. I don't think my Schick Experience is a good comparison
