Imagining solutions for imaginary problems
My first use of a new-to-me Lady Eversharp (1972 to 1975). My understanding is that it was the last of the Lady Eversharp line. The blade was a brand new Chinese Schick (“Chick”). Soap was RazoRock Alchemy lathered with a Yaqi Familia Sagrada 24mm Tuxedo. This is a high comfort low efficiency razor, and 3 passes gave me a CCS-DFS-BBS shave.

first with this one. smooth shaver with no issues. polar opposite on weight......reminds me close to the top heavy muhle R103 that I have. Like the FW very much and will become part of the rotation. my gbar should arrive today.

now I will have enough variations to start contemplating rotations and choices.

maybe.

Looks like a nice Gem FW, you will enjoy that one for many years IMO. It's nice to collect these "Gems" and not break the bank.

GEM Micromatic Bullet Tip / GEM (7th maybe)
Barbasol Original
Tabac AS Splash
Tabac AS Balm

Two passes to BBS, and actually a pretty nice shave. Not quite as comfy as my OneBlade, but quite comfortable and close. The Micromatic Bullet is pretty easy to shave with, and I've learned how to get under the nose with it, after a shave or two.
