Have some great shaves!

Friday:
OneBlade Genesis / KAI BEST (4th)
Barbasol Original - Warmed in Hot Lather Machine
Mentholated Witch Hazel
Old Spice scent AS
Soap Commander Classic Spice Balm

Today (Sat):
OneBlade Hybrid / GEM (5th? - lost count)
Barbasol Original - Warmed in Hot Lather Machine
Mentholated Witch Hazel
Polo AS Balm
Polo Cologne

If you have a Conair Hot Lather unit, move the Cream/Gel slider to Gel, even for cream, but use the cream nozzle. It slows down the foam, allowing it to be better heated, making it actually feel nice and warm. Shave actually isn't bad, and saves the lathering & clean up time, when running late. (Just turn it on before showering).

Now I want to try Proraso or Tabac cans.

Sunday shave Jan 26th-2020- Thought I would reminisce from a blast from the past using my Stick Schick injector brought me back driving down the road 1970's with my 65 Barracuda small block (273 4 barrel) don't laugh it blew the doors off a 318 Plymouth Duster. My buddy was laughing at my car because his mother bought him a nice used Plymouth brown Duster two door. Called him out to the 1/4 mile out in the sticks that was marked out from a earlier Generation and there was a lot of young teenagers wanting to see my car lose more than likely. When the flag girl dropped the flag(jacket) down I went out not burning rubber & my transmission & engine screaming mercy as I shifted and gained a second or two while he was trying to catch me. When I beat him he wanted another retry I said no because he was determined to win and he saw his mistake of spinning tires at the starting line. He never laughed at my car after that humiliation he deserved.:001_tt2:

Razor : Stick Schick injector theme razor L type- MFG 1973

Prep: cold water rinse after each pass of 3.
Post shave: Pinaud Clubman with witch Hazel + Nivea balm.

OneBlade Genesis / KAI BEST (New & Stropped)
Barbasol Original - via Hot Lather
Old Spice (Home brewed)
Soap Commander Classic Spice Balm

Stropping helps, but still not quite as smooth as a Feather or GEM. Great shave, super close, with minimal effort. Even with two days growth, I was probably at or near DFS on the first pass, with a stropped blade. - Stropping does make the KAIs sharper feeling, and a bit less rough or more smooth. (I stropped a good 20-25 times each direction, using and old Valet Auto-Strop).
