Once they arrive I will post the performance review. Although I have to say, that based on what they are and what they're for, I don't see any issues. I have some textured lather bowls which I soak in the sink to warm them up so these should eliminate that step and keep the soap warmer...

I’ve got a nice wide textured ceramic bowl and a white marble one with rough scoring. I soak either in hot water pre-shave. Both do a nice job of keeping the lather warm. Marble one especially. I’ll keep using both but the scuttle is a step up and a very welcome addition.
