The Moonstar scuttle is a beauty in design and function and will not break the bank. The owner, Kristi is great to deal with and will do custom orders. Although she offers so many colors now, I think you will find something you like.

I use a Korium scuttle, and one of its main advantages is its compact size(my bathroom is quire tiny)... in the UK 'shaving mugs' are really common, which may be down to needing to carry hot water to rooms that didn't have running hot water
I don't know if superior, but I like my GP.
