I was following some discussions here and on other fora, and it seems to me that there are quite a number of guys who love a scritchy brush.
Many years ago, I owned a Rooney Finest (was my most expensive brush ever...!), but I could not get used to it. For me, it was way too scritchy, and I sold it shortly after I got it. Looks like this must be an acquired taste, like some scotch whiskies...
I was able to score some two- band knots that have exactly this scritchyness I remember from my Rooney Finest. So, if someone really wants some scritch, I can help your desire.
I would also sell some of the knots for the DIY guys around here.
