I've got to string together a Carolina Cue roadtrip one of these days.
There ain't nothing better than South Carolina 'cue with vinegar-pepper sauce....and that's comin' from a Jawja boy...
I'll have the large hog, please.

Heh, how many BBQ joints display their prices for a whole hog as or more prominently than they do prices for individual sized items?
Looks really awesome. Few things in the world are better than slow smoked BBQ pig. If I'm ever in the vicinity of SC I'll be checking this place out.

You could be there for lunch....
Hemingway is about an hour or so inland from Myrtle Beach in neighboring Willamsburg County. I've got some family from Kingstree, which is about another hour or so past Hemingway. They've got some pretty good 'cue there too.
Hemingway/Williamsburg County hosts a combination BBQ/Shag (Carolina beach music dancing for the uninformed) every spring.
