What's new

Scored this one today, model?

Lately I have been grabbing my 1914? Every-Ready more than MY others, so just out OF curiousity I went shopping for a back up in case anything every happened with the first "justification ;)" and found this one in a sweet Bakelite case, I'm no expert on these, anybody know what model it is? It appears the be the same head as the one I have with a different style handle...
EDIT: Sorry, I didn't see the acquisition thread until after posting it, mods please move it if need be.

Yeah, It was marketed as the "Ever Ready Mahoganite Set" that seen the light of day in 1921....The one you are displaying looks like a later 1925 set....:w00t:

Its a later Ever Ready 1914 with a Hexagon Handle and improved blade stops ....The earlier ones had a cast handle and were plagued with blade stop problems due to wear and tear on the factory machinery that was making them...:w00t:

See the link below....:tongue_sm
