Schick Gold Type G question

I was sorting thru some razors to start selling and came across a Schick Type G with gold handle.
I think this is a G3 but not sure.
I guess I should also take it for a spin.
My questions are what does a G2 vs G3 weigh?
Also what case would this razor have come with originally?

You have a G3. The G2 has a heavier metal handle and a round ferrule.
Model G3:

The G2 was 14K gold filled and the G3 was 24k plated.
