Scents and performance of these creams

doctordial

my brain goes "thonk"
I was wondering if someone can give me their opinions and experiances on these creams:La Toja Classic, I Coloniali Rhubarb, Edwin Jagger Limes and Pomergranite, D.R. Harris Windsor, New York Shaving Co. Tonsorial, and Speik.

EJ Limes: Average cream, I like the ingredients list (no SLS or any ridiculous preservatives). Performance is just OK.

Speick: Love the scent and peformance. The tallow shave stick is even better, and used in conjunction with the cream yields some of the best lather I've tried.

DR Harris: Tried Arlington cream, and it was a fantastic performer.

I have only tried I Coloniali Rhubarb. I love this cream. It produces a thick, protective lather. But the scent is very difficult to pinpoint. It has a scent that's a little like coffee and maybe a very slight smokiness to it too.It also has a slight menthol feel to it. Its very tough to put in words but I really love the scent. Overall, its an excellent cream,IMO. Craig

The EJ was a good performing cream with a great scent. Good choice for summer. Speik is always a good choice. Excellent performer with a wonderful herbal scent that Lingers for awhile. The Windsor is one of my favorites and it's just pure class. Picture James Bond in a tuxedo. It has the usual great performance of D.R. Harris.

DR Harris Windsor smells like mozzie repellant to me.

Speick has a lovely herbal scent, I find it to be a fantastic cream.

La Toja Cream I do not like the scent, and the performance did not knock my socks off either.
