Penhaligon's Hammam Bouquet EdT
A most outstanding shave. I love this Fat Boy razor - I think it shaves a touch better than the 1940s Super Speed, in fact. It was on 4 or 5 for the initial upper passes and then I adjusted it down to around 2 for my neck passes (and the last ATG pass too). Good system - my neck stayed beat-up free. Hammam Bouquet just rules - a most awesome scent that lasts all day and complements hot weather.
I was about to give up on my Milord. It looks for all the world like a super speed, but it's always given me a harsh and unforgiving shave. I tried Wilkinsons, Merkurs, Swedish Bikini Team Gillettes, Derbys, and Feathers with no luck. Today I slipped in an IP, and it was finally tamed. These are really nice blades.

I bought the Alum block, made in Istanbul, with my order of Arko Commando and Arko Shave Soap. With shipping the total was $10 from Tulumba.com. Even better, I ordered it Saturday morning and I received it on Monday morning. Now that is service!
This is my first go with an alum block and I think I'm hooked.
