Scent of Cella (red) a/s?

When searching for descriptions of Cella Milano (red) aftershave lotion, I mostly just find "fresh", "like Italian colonia" and "not like the soap". Could someone please describe the scent (notes) of Cella red?
Also, how is the longevity?

For me it smells like a modern man’s deodorant (Rexona or Axe come to mind). It is based on acquatic notes. There’s nothing “barbershop-y” about it in my opinion. It has nothing to do with the soap.

I don’t enjoy it, but after some minutes it fades way to something subtle. The AS skin properties are very good, though.

Between the red and the green Cella splashes my vote goes to the Cella green hands down

I had the same feeling. Please keep in mind many people will disagree with me, as scent is very personal. I purchased mine together with the green version and I honestly wish I had bought only the green, as I find the scent more original and enjoyable.

I will still use it though, occasionally. The good thing is it doesn’t last so long.
