I've never tried CC, but I find it hard to believe it could be worse than Scalpmaster!

I was blessed to have a sample of what came to be called 45th parallel from the good Captain himself. I thought it performed well, but I am no numbers guy, lol. I just made it work.

Have never tried Scalpmaster. I'm not in a hurry. Plus, I'm notoriously weird around these parts. I was PIFFED Arko stick form, and in my guestimation, it should have its own museum.

Never had a problem with MWF lathering and not dissipating. Soaps with little, or in Scalpmaster's case no, potassium I've never have been able to get stable lather; At a quarter though it is hard to go wrong. It worked great breaking in multiple boar brushes simultaneously. Lathering them all, then rinsing them all out.
