What's new

Same But Different?

Both of the bottles pictured are Margaritas in the Arctic from Stirling. The one on the right that is half finished was purchased directly from Stirling a little more than a year ago. It smells good, but I've thought from day one that someone forgot to put the menthol in it, so I recently bought the bottle on the left from Maggards. As you can see, the old bottle is much more yellow in color. You'll have to take my word for it that it looked like that the day I received it, and that it still smells good. The new bottle is obviously clear. It smells good, and yes, it has the menthol. Does anyone have any thoughts on the color and/or the missing menthol?

I can't imagine that. The only time I had an odd occurrence with an aftershave was during a brutal cold snap and temps were below 0. My aftershaves sat in my mailbox all day outside and the fragrance oil separated from the alcohol, just like Italian dressing. A quick shake after it warmed up was all it took. I would imagine that your non-menthol has received plenty of shakes so that can't be the issue.

Yeah. I always shake them before using.
