Salsa!

A California take on a "salsa" for one allergic to tomatoes. Simple and very good with grilled meat and fish.
Mix equal parts chopped red onions, chopped radishes, chopped peaches or nectarines, peeled or not. Lime juice, a few drops of olive oil, chopped fresh hot pepper to taste. Yum. Our farmers' market is open, and peach season will soon be upon us.
