I love Saito razors. I had a number off them and still keep some that I prefer. However, it is the first time when I’ve got Kiku 145. The geometry seems to be quite different from the corresponding SK2. I wonder whether this specific piece has not been modified and shortened by previous user. Although I cannot see any marks of custom modifications (must have been done long time ago) and also can find kiku145 on the net with the same pointing nose.

So, do you think it is reshaped or original?

Don't know if it helps, but I have a Kiku 135 and the toe is much more rounded, more like the SK. I would not be surprised if the blade was chipped and ground back.
