Safety razor for my grandfather

Hi!
I'd like to give a present to my grandfather, a safety razor! He stills shave with is old (more than 30 years old) safety razor; it was with her that,at age of 14, i shaved for the first time ever, even cut my upper lip with her good old days! But it is getting rusty and not so good for use - and i want to keep her!
He needs a new one! He's 86 years old..so the skin is very sensitive and not so "regular"!
What you recommend? Safety razors; Blades; maybe i will give him a full set!

Bingo!

Yep, the Tech would be what I'd recommend as well. A non aggressive razor than shaves great with the right blade. I'd recommend a sharp one such as 7 0'clock SharpEdge or an Iridium.

Only other thing I'd add would be to suggest a Fat Handle version of the Tech types available. To me, I prefer the grip over the ball handle types.

Get him a Fatboy or Slim, since they're adjustable he could dial it in how he likes.
Stock Tech's mostly have small handle which might not work so well for him.

It is an alu handle ball-end Tech.

It looks new in box. I would probably keep it that way if it were mine.

It is not rare at all. But being new in box it is certainly worth $30 - if kept new in box.
