Cool and slimy
My new favorite blade, apparently "Razor Blades Club" got them straight from the Indian source. Where this pack costs 650 Indian Rupees. Which is... roughly 1/3 of the price I paid (27,99 USD).

For Indian wet shavers, I would recommend you to give the blades a try. The box is an unexpected and welcome bonus. Tin boxes are actually cheap, but have become uncommon in Western Europe as packaging. They are coming back into fashion as they are eco and sustainable and so on. I like this kind of box, my Stando razor came in one, too.

Old Types have some magic, I love everything of them. The history, to look and of course the shave I get. I'm a steep angle shaver and for this they are perfect!

My last acquisitions :)

Very nice scores, gentlemen! And @Gryffindor, the handle looks like the Durham Duplex handle, which is one of my favorite handles. I use it on my Wolfmans & love it!

Really interesting estate sale score today. A cased Walbusch adjustable slant DE. I have a decent collection of slants but this is a first for me. The blade is not torqued on a helical axis. Instead of being torqued, on this razor the blade is positioned flat diagonally over the handle. The bottom adjustment is now similar to the Merkur DE. Needs a good cleaning, has some silver plate loss in the handle but the Chrome cap is prefect.

Thank you @Clouds I found it while on a working vacation, it’ll be a few more weeks before I get home and give it some maintenance. Look forward to taking it for a test drive. I Shaving 90% of the time with straight razors so it has to do a lot to impress me. My Ziglar slant has been a favorite DE for years. Will be fun to do a side by side comparison

A 50s English Tech, aluminium handle and baseplate. Very nice condition. The top plate is quite heavy, so it is brass. Also it has a somewhat brownish tint [not seen on the photo], the plating is intact. I have seen this brownish caps previously, but my other aluminium bottom plate English Tech (which is the same) doesn't have the brownish cap.
