Acquired a Blue Tip from the Bay. Date code C-2
Nice. I have one just like it also from the bay. They clean up well, but be careful of the paint on the tip. Very mild razor. Hard to cut yourself, even if in a hurry.

Not a safety razor but an accessory. Welded by my future son in law for fathers day. I've gotten him into DE shaving as well.

@Northstonehill,
That's a nice looking razor plus case. I didn't know that a black nickel finish existed. It's an Importe d'angleterre as well??
Gadzooks!!!!Nice acquisitions all around!
My latest currently inbound: A 1940 Gillette Popular in the rarer black nickel handle version, and in superb condition except for one AWOL bladeholder (seller pics). I believe this is called a #45 set.

Found this on Offerup.com for $20.
Not bad for $20 and a 5 minute drive.
Need to scrub and soak in Barbasol.
Do I dare and try the blades?
EDIT: Serial number is 77462C. Does that mean it's from 1927?
