Appreciate your help in getting some more details about this razor. Now here are the pictures!

Hardtem: Hardened tempered, made by Heppenstall forge and knife Co., Pittsburgh. Trade mark was registered in 1914. Judging by your picture it’s almost like they bought finished razor heads from Gillette (just a theory, but even the MiUSA stamp is identical).
They had another, Goodwill type razor, with patent pending on the handle.

M. E. Mayer.
I'm not sure Gillette bought them after the war. Waits lists Mayer together with Elysium, but that was a different company.

Thank you very much Adam. Sorry it took me so long to get back here again. I had another battle with an infection again. I’m supposedly on the upswing now though. An ongoing battle for me.

Thank you Adam for the details!! The razor is very well built and shaves very close without any irritation to the skin. It is thrilling to know that this great design is more than 105 years old!! Best regards,
Venkat

Anytime, but I think it's later than 1914. Till 1921 Gillette was protected by its patents in the US. And your razor looks to be similar to a thick head Old type (102a) rather than a 102.
