#'s on the back of Lord blade packs--What are they?

I'm not referring to the obvious fax and phone #s at the top of the pack, but the 3 numbers below the website, "Alex, Egypt", and "Made in Egypt".

They are in this format:
D.06042811 Pr.03/0040 P.487/06

These are the actual #s from the back of my pack of Big Ben blades.
I was thinking they may be product codes, plant #'s and maybe production dates. (?)
Any thoughts?

Good question!

I just checked a pack of Crown blades. The middle "PR" number is the same. The rest are in the same format but completely different numbers.

My Shark super stainless have the same kind of numbers.
