Rubberset steel shaving brush

Hi - I just discovered this brush and now I am curious - are these hard to come by?
Are there any vendors who buy or sell these brushes?
Of course this next questions depends on me but what is the reasonable amount to pay for a brush ?

I'm assuming you're talking about the 400, aluminum, they are pretty hot at the moment and prices have gone stupid! They are somewhat scarcer.
