RR date code on Black Adjustable

Just got a black handled adjustable (Slim or Super) yesterday and noticed the date code is RR, which i thought was odd...any help identifying it?

so was this just a really really stupid question or something? all the date codes i have ever seen have been a letter and a number. this one is a R R

I´ve a "RR" black beauty, the short Super-Adjustable. I think it´s only a miss stamped 1971 Super-Adjustable:
