Sep 29, 2015 #86 Dirk-Lerxst-Pratt 5 miles Friday, 5.7 today. Healing up with some heavy duty home PT, ice, and NSAIDS. Stretching and foam roller for the next few days. Archery season has started here. I run in the woods doing a lot of looking up.
