Rotations?

OK, guys, I'm looking for some good rotation ideas as I expand my collection of shaving creams. What is your favorite rotation?

I like using each soap one week at a time. It allows me to try out different brushes and aftershaves with each cream and forces me to try creams in my collection that I wouldn't otherwise try if I just went with what I felt like. Right now, I see each cream about twice per year and I've sort of divided my collection into warm and cool weather.

This Summer I'm using two Creams; AOS Rose & QCS Cedarwood-Lemongrass with two Soaps; MDC & Palmolive, until the fall or until they're done, whichever comes first.
This Winter, Creams; Turkish Old Spice, QCS Cordovan, Soaps; Tabac & Panna Creama Africa.

anytime i want a good shave and to smell good to me (most of the time) - Arko + Veg
anytime i want a good shave and to smell good to others and me - Musgo + Musgo AS
anytime i want an amazing shave with no scent - MN Barbershop or TOBS Avocado + Begamot aftershave
that is pretty much my year round rotation (with a few exceptions but id rather keep this short). shope that helps

Tuesday - Santa Maria Novella
Wednesday - Penhaligon Opus 1870
Thursday - Acca Kappa 1869
Friday - GFT Coconut mixed with I Coloniali Silver
Saturday - Speick mixed with Musgo Real
Sunday - Castle Forbes Lime mixed with Penhaligon Blenheims Bouquet

2.nd rotation round (The Mix round):

Monday - Castle Forbes Lavender mixed with Penhaligon Endymion
Tuesday - Fitjar Folgefonn mixed with Omega
Wednesday - Truefitt & Hill Ultimate Comfort mixed with AOS Lavender
Thursday - TOBS Jermyn Street mixed with O Melhor
Friday - Xpec mixed with AOS Sandalwood
Saturday - DR Harris Windsor mixed with AOS Lemon
Sunday - DR Harris Arlington mixed with AOS Ocean Kelp

3.rd rotation round (budget creams):

Monday - Proraso Red
Tuesday - Salter Wild Rose
Wednesday - GFT Sandalwood
Thursday - Proraso Green
Friday - TOBS Avocado
Saturday - GFT Almond
Sunday - Truefitt & Hill Rose

Wow! This is great! CHSeifert, your list alone could keep me going for a year as I expand my collection.

I have about 20 creams but don't attempt to stay in any rotation. Part of the fun for me is getting up in the morning and deciding what cream (or soap) I want to use that day. I love the freedom of choice and the variety. I should maybe stick to 1 cream for a few days at a time to get the lathering technique sorted for each one - but then again, I think I'll avoid trying to put shackles on myself when I enjoy how I select my creams right now.

I change mine every couple months but currently mine involves these creams: CF Lime,Acqua di Parma,GFT Coconut,DR Harris Arlington,Akka Kappa 1869 and Truefitt+Hill Rose.

Whatever tickles my gizzard in the morning gets "rotated" to my face.

I never decide what to use until I am standing at the sink washing my face.

First decision is what brush as I need to get it started soaking.

Then I look at the unwrapped blades and choose something.

Then I pick a razor based on what blade I am going to use.

Last choice is the soap/cream which is narrowed by my choice of brush for that day.

After I decide on a soap/cream I can then pick an after shave (or balm) which compliments the soap/cream scent.

Man.... life is tuff...

I use whatever I feel like that day. I Always keep around something that's cold and refreshing, something warm and spicy, something that's earthy, and something floral. My main summer line up is proraso green, mystic water rosalimone, mikes peppermint rosemary, mikes lime, cf lime, mikes lily of the valley, QCS lemon rose.
