Noxzema Lather Shave Cream was made in Italy by Schiaparelli under license from P&G. It was discontinued a couple of years ago but there is still product in the stores and, if your friend keeps an eye peeled, he might score a couple of tubes. The way to do it is to stop into every tobacco shop he passes by (blue sign with a big white T) to ask if they have any. I guarantee you'll like it.

Get two cases of Italian Floid, one regular and one blue. Yes I said cases, the prices for this here in the US is expensive due to freight and handling.
