I was going through my collection of odds and ends, and found a Rolls Razor I bought years ago from an antique shop/warehouse. Are they any good? What is their history>

They are British and are excellent once you get them sharp. I have three and use them regularly and get a great shave with them.

I've got one that was handed down to me.
Personally, I find the quality of the shave to be pretty "Meh" compared to a good double edge shave. That said, if you're going backpacking or on a long trip or something like that, and you can make only one or MAYBE two passes WTG and call it done, it'll work fine.
