Rolls razor parts razor handle

Hi all
I have just got a rolls razor and the razor handle is rock solid/and a telescopic one the same both need service any help to get them apart

I have just got a rolls razor and the razor handle is rock solid/and a telescopic one the same both need service any help to get them apart both need help
The telescopic one only moves up and down about 3mm and will not unscrew to hold blade
The other one will not unscrew
