Rockwell Matte Black 6S; Think again!!

Here goes:

I ordered a 6S Matte Black from Rockwell Razors...
I got the shipment from Rockwell on 10/21
In it was a White Chrome T2 instead of the 6S I ordered.
I wrote them about it 10/21
They promised to sort it out and get my correct order shipped ASAP.
Today is the 11/4. 8 mails back and forth with stupid excuses.... They still haven't shipped it..
Tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow they keep writing to me...

I'm so frustrated...

If anybody with relations to Rockwell reads this please make this right!!

(FYI: I ordered and received the T2 White Chrome when it was released some months back, already)...

Sometimes it helps to vent. Glad you could do that.

No idea where they are located, but with the supply issues, and this Covid thing, shipments are taking extra long.

But they certainly should not be telling you it'll be here "tomorrow" unless they are absolutely certain. That just sounds like they want you to be pacified. Hopefully it will all get sorted out, and SOON!

I will say to anyone reading this stay away from Rockwell!! This hurts my heart tonsay as they are a Canadain company and inwanted to like them but. I purchased a 6C, after reading many reveiws like the one above, i bought from a large retailer and i was not working out of the box, bades were tight and sonwere some if the plates. Rockwell wanted me to pay for shipping of the parts!! Not a chance, you supplied me with broken goods it is your responsibility to fix the problem not mine. With so many other manufacturers out there stear well clear of rockwell at all costs.

I went with the rex envoy instead and always wonder about the t2 Rockwell.
