Rocket questions

Interested in learning more about Rockets. It appears there are English versions and US versions? Or are the US versions SuperSpeeds?

the rocket is a british gillette thing, they have a gap between the knob and the handle, the us versions do not have the gap.

us superspeed and redtip at the top and brit rocket superspeed and brit rocket redtip at the bottom, there is also a non rocket brit version of these razors. $razor 2 153.jpg

Some different rockets (red, flair, tv, 2x 40's, 50's parat, #58, #59, HD500), along with a US and English Red Tip Superspeed.

cheers for posting the pic, thats the first time i have seen a us rocket, thats got to be a very rare razor.

This is another Gillette mystery razor it seems. It has the pointed end caps, a gap above the knob when closed like a Rocket and the knob is hollow but does not have a screw head visible, so it's more than a Milord with only cosmetic changes. Under the doors it says "PAT. NOS. ON PACKAGE" like from the 40s but the head is attached more like a 50s Gillette. I've not seen any documentation or advertising to date this razor for sure.

As you know there are a few Razors that till today we have not seen advertisement, I myself have gotten my Hands on Two of these Milord Rockets, and both came from Two Different Sellers but both came in same cases, and I have seen One or Two other members with them, in the same case as well. Maybe these were not advertised ? Or were a special Edtion giving to Executives or Business associates?
