Robert McNamara dead at 93

Well, in The Fog of War, McNamara himself says that if US had lost the war he'd have been tried as a war criminal.

I don't think he said that. It was the other officer that was involved with the planning.

He agreed with it, though, quite explicitly. I know, since I've watched the movie at least once a year for the last five years (it's included in my curriculum).

Years ago one early Sunday morning while walking in Harvard Square in Cambridge, MA I see this guy walking very fast with his head down. He give me a strange look like, "I hope you don't recognize me" and walks away. It was McNamara.
