Newbie here. I bought some Rite Aid blades for like $8 for a 15 pack. I'm happy with them and some speculation is that they are personna blades. Is it correct? Is there a source for this blade cheap? It seems Rite Aid prices are way too much.

Welcome to B&B. That is way too much money. Try an Astra SP blade. IMO... it is the best bang for your buck DE blade. Check it out.

The blades are likely either Personnas or Dorcos. I just bought 100 Personna blades for $13 shipped within the US off of eBay in a BIN transaction (no carrier, just a cheap thin cardboard box containing the blades). $8 for 15 blades is ridiculous (they are less than $2 per ten on Walmart.com), even Feather blades (the best blades available but at $30 per hundred minimum) are cheaper than that! If I could see the carrier the blades came in (that white thing that you slide blades out of one by one) I could tell you if they are Personna or Dorco. Personna carriers have more of a curve at the longer sides of the carrier than Dorco does. I would rather use a Personna over a Dorco but in a pinch either will do the job.
BTW I like Astras as well, I have 200 of them in my medicine cabinet as I type.
