Before Dan Brown was writing about Templars, There was Foucault's Pendulum. The Name of the Rose was the great period mystery. We lost Umberto Eco today, and another brilliant, shining star has gone out. Rest in Peace.

His books are similar to dan brown? Dan brown is my favorite author of all time.
I hate that a mans passing has alarmed me to his books but I hope he knows he has a new reader and will live on changing lives thru his work after he's gone.
