Mine is even simpler. I stopped wearing a ring when I was a technician due to safety issues, and never put it back on after I stopped turning screwdrivers.
Silicone ring
Small rose gold signet-type ring.
Haven't worn a ring since the mid-90s when another soldier in my battery convinced me to give him a loan with a big "gold nugget" ring as a pawn.
So for a couple of weeks I wore that gaudy gold ring around. I kind of grew to like it. The thing was "Soul Train" tacky, but I wore it. Honestly, I was disappointed when he repaid the loan and I had to return the ring.

My wedding band, and my late Father's. Dad's is held in trust, until his great grandson namesake is old enough to appreciate it's import.
I also have a plain gold wedding band that I use when I travel abroad.
The LOTH found my ring yesterday in her jewelry box. Since I’m no longer working with machines I can put it back on now...somehow I remember it being a lot looser.
