"Return to Top" arrow suggestion.

The button to return to the top of the page only appears when you start scrolling back to the top. It would be much more useful if it were there permanently.

I've got to agree with that, I was looking around for it the other day ... couldn't figure it out then it suddenly it appeared. I think there used to be a permanent button labeled TOP down there somewhere.

Wow, my suggestion seems to have been implemented. Thanks! You still have to scroll, but it works when you scroll down so it's there when you need it.
