I scored this lot off ebay, I just ordered Bills CD to walk me through trying to restore them. I'm just not sure which one I want to screw up first

They just need to be honed IMO.
The far right would be the only one I would try anything with, seriously.

If the scales are junk on any of them, not a problem, but the steel on all look great as is (aside from the one on the right)

I'd say the Fox is the most valuable of the lot. Be careful with the one from Philadelphia though. You've got to keep the Philadelphia razors circulating. Someday I hope to own a blade from the nearest major city .

I also agree they look to be in great shape. If you want to you can polish them (but support the blade so it doesn't break). Other than that a honing is in order.

looks like a nice score to me. I ordered my first "crop" of repair razors off ebay and they weren't 1/3 as nice as those. I agree with just a hone on most of those.

That's funny. I have 6 "repair razors" coming in, avg price ~~$11.50 with shipping. That ought to keep me busy for a while.

I am new to the game, but these things are fascinating. I am planning to keep alight touch at first, just light polish and hone, then move to more drastic repair/restoration as I get more confidence.
