Restoration services

Hi,

Could someone recommend a place that does either honing or custom replacement scales, preferably both? I've got a J Henckels that I found at an antique shop and a handed-down Sears & Roebuck Sta-Sharp, and I'd like to get them both shave ready with some kind of burled scales, like maple, if possible.

Makiing the scales yourself is easy I would try to do them yourself.
