Hey all! Is there a sticky or comprehensive thread on "how-to restore a brush?" I have a handle that I've cut down the hairs, and I'd like a guide on knot removal, hole measuring and knot installation if it's available.

Thanks for posting this, and sharing your process for restoration. I'm actually working on a Simms brush handle similar to the one you have done. Mine is hollow inside and I couldn't quite figure out how to fill it. Now I have a few options.
