Back from about 3 weeks in Paris and the South of France. Like most B&B members some time was set aside to explore the shave seen. Always looking for the new must have scents and a shave soap that will revolutionize the routine. French department stores carry just about the same scents that the big American stores carry - found nothing new except with Hermes. Have not seen it yet in the states but they have come out with a "natural" line of colognes that compliment the "orange" line. Same style bottle. I was not impressed. Oddly enough most of these products are cheaper in the states.
The best men's store I came across was "Old England" they carried a wonderful assortment of colognes and shaving products including the complete line of Penhalign products. Plus some beautiful updated English styled clothes. There is a clothing line called "Hacket" which to my knowledge is not available here that is beautiful.
I have got to say that the products reviewed and talked about on B&B in all price ranges are simply the best in the world. Thankfully I came across this site.
Traditionalism, for me at least, rules the day.
