Has anyone ever attempted to reload an injector magazine with a fresh supply of blades? I have an all-metal Schick magazine which works great when it's time to change blades. I also have a few plastic magazines from CVS. The CVS blades ain't bad but I don't like the flimsiness of the cheapo plastic magazine when trying to insert a new blade into my razor. Can I empty out the plastic magazine and load up the metal one without slicing my fingers to ribbons?

I second that.
Pull back the slide a bit from the injector prong -- not all the way back. Now, press down on the spring loaded base beneath the slide (I use a toothpick for this) -- enough to create a gap sufficient for you to load a blade into the injector body. Slide the blade in part way, and use that toothpick to push it the rest of the way in. Repeat until the injector body is full of blades.
And you did load the blades so that the shaving edge faces away from the injector prong, didn't you?
