I shaved with my Red Tip using a Red Persona blade a few days ago.. it made my face raw and my face stung later in the afternoon when I sweated. Today I shaved with the Red Tip but with a Astra Superior Platinum the shave was a lot better and Astras are supposed to be sharper?... I will have to experiment a bit. Maybe I used pressure when I used the Red Persona... mm not sure

In my limited experience, these two blades seem very similar to me. (I do ok with them, they're not favorites).
Red Personnas are at the very bottom of the list for me.

Red Personnas are my second favorite blade in my Fatip and Slims behind Feathers. My opinion of the Red Personna is that it as smooth as an Astra SP but sharper,
