Red Pack Personnas vs Wal Mart Personnas?

Are the Red Pack Personna's the same as the Personna's sold in Wal Mart?

No. I have both and the Red's are much sharper. However, I really like the dispenser pack on the other ones. I wish I could get the Red's in the Wal Mart dispenser pack. Plus they have a neat little used blade safe on the back.

How are they different?

I've tried both and they're both quite sharp and smooth in my opinion. The biggest difference to me is that I can go 3-4 days on a Walmart Personna, but I can get about 7-9 shaves out of the Reds. At peak performance with both blade brands, they feel the same to me. Ymmv of course, but this is my reason for sticking with Reds.

I like the cardboard box. I just toss the blades in my blade bank of course, but the cardboard boxes have been my favorite out of all the box styles.

Other than what I already described, I'm not sure what you are asking. The reds are sharper and give me a closer shave.

I saw a 10 pack of Personnas at Wal Mart but the packaging was different, so I was wanting to know if there was any difference in the quality, sharpness and durability between the ones sold in Wal Mart and those ordered online. Basically if they were the same.

Walmart now sells Personna blades that have the same writing on them as the Red Pack Israeli Personna. The ones at Walmart do not shave as good as the Red Pack IP's. The Red Pack IP's are less expensive as well.

The reds come in a plain card board box. The dispenser pack I described earlier are the ones normally available at Wal-Mart. I really like the dispenser pack, I just don't like the blades they contain. I didn't know Wal-Mart had them in a different pack. Maybe post a picture.

I haven't seen these yet. Got pics?

i've used the CVS version and they were awful! i didn't even get one good shave out of them. after 4 shaves with 2 different blades i just tossed them.

Yes on the box. And on the price and the sharpness and longevity. At 11 1/2 cents shipped how do they compare with the WallyWorld blades?

Though the Walmart blades indicate "USA" on them, where the Red IP's do not.

The "Red" Personnas are made in Israel. They tend to get good reviews here and I find them to be a very sharp and smooth blade with which to shave. The blades from WalMart are what I refer to as US Personnas and they are made in the US. I find them to be an acceptable blade, probably not as good as the Red IPs. The Personna branded versions are better than those which are labeled for a drug or grocery store. At least that is my opinion.
