Recommendations for brush touch up

I am going to be trying my hand at a couple shave brush restorations shortly, and I got this cheapie, mostly because I REALLY liked the color, but I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for what they use to touch up the knicks in something like this. Not expensive at all, just a cheap brush. Can't even tell if it is an enamel or a thin layer of rubber. Not big, but definitely present.

Thanks.

Sorry, I was actually wondering what an ideal type of paint would be for the brush. I've never done brush restorations before. Figure I'd need something that can handle both water and soap.

I am FAR from an expert, but I'd bet a nickel and a half that that is an enamel paint. Buy some kind of enamel, like the old Testors for model cars in the little paint jars. Try to match it close and use a toothpick as a paintbrush.

That is what I'd do, but I'm not real bright and I am real cheap.
