So I have a Super Adjustable (Black) that I am considering getting re-plated. I'd like to keep the original look though. Does anyone know of any services that offer a black finish of any kind?

None that I've come across in any thread. Anything I've read it's been painted, black marker and the like. Might want to shoot Dave at Restored Razors a pm and ask him if it's doable or not.

some people do the cerakote finish.

I just had an old Contract Tech Cerakoted black and gold to kinda keep with the original color scheme, albeit a matte version. I think it turned out great.

I still wonder how the cerakote will work long term and how it shaves. I know that they use it on guns and it holds up well.
Member AceByTerror has a slim adjustable done in CeraKote. Maybe ask him how he likes it. As for durability/holding up, I would think it'd hold up much better than than regular plating.
